Public Funding (formerly known as Legal Aid)

As one of the few law firms to have a Clinical Negligence Franchise with the Legal Services Commission this means we are able to assist clients who have a potential case using this funding arrangement.  Please contact us to speak with us to establish if you are eligible for Public Funding.

Conditional Fee ("No Win No Fee")

In some circumstances we will enter in to a Conditional Fee Agreement to cover our fees for investigating and pursuing your claim.  In essence this means if the case is unsuccessful we do not charge you for our fees.  Please contact us to discuss your circumstances in further detail.

Legal Expense Insurance

Nowadays many homeowners have Legal Expense Insurance assigned to their general household insurance policy that may cover you for medico legal claims.  Please contact us to discuss in further detail.

Trade Union Funding

If you are a member of a trade union, a benefit of membership may include legal expense cover.

Private Funding

If you are not eligible for any of the above funding arrangements then we are able to pursue your claim via private funding.  The cost will largely depend on the complexity of the claim.  We will give you an estimate of the total cost before you make a final decision to proceed.
