The Commercial Property Team at JMW are involved on behalf of both landlords and tenants in relation to all aspects of the lettings of commercial property.
The Team are involved in anything from acting for a tenant taking a lease of a small shop to acting for landlords who have major property portfolios.
The Team prides itself on meeting the clients outside of the office if necessary and taking a hands on approach to the management of properties on behalf of the landlord.
The Team are also used to ensuring tenants are fully protected and properly advised before entering into any lease of commercial premises.
The Team also like to take a practical approach to any disputes between the landlord and tenant and try to resolve them without the recourse to Court proceedings if possible.
