Lindsey Bell
Lindsey acts for employers and senior employees and advises on all aspects of employment law - both contentious and non contentious. Her areas of expertise include:
- Advising on Recruitment Law including advising on the status of temporary workers and drafting terms and conditions of engagement and business for employment agencies and businesses
- Advising on company reorganisations and redundancy
- TUPE
- Advising and negotiating on senior executive terminations and drafting severance agreements
- Advising in relation to the enforceability of restrictive covenants - both pursuing and defending high court injunctions
- Unfair dismissal
- Discrimination
- Drafting service agreements, contracts of employment and company handbooks
- Advising on a number of day to day employment issues including; the impact of Working Time Regulations, whistle blowing, wrongful dismissal, family friend policies, breach of contract and statutory dismissal and disciplinary grievance procedures
- Appearing before the Employment Tribunal
A member of the Employment Lawyers Association, Lindsey regularly lectures to clients and other professional organisations and provides tailored in-house training.
