Lindsey acts for employers and senior employees and advises on all aspects of employment law - both contentious and non contentious.  Her areas of expertise include:

  • Advising on Recruitment Law including advising on the status of temporary workers and drafting terms and conditions of engagement and business for employment agencies and businesses
  • Advising on company reorganisations and redundancy

  • Advising and negotiating on senior executive terminations and drafting severance agreements
  • Advising in relation to the enforceability of restrictive covenants - both pursuing and defending high court injunctions
  • Unfair dismissal

  • Drafting service agreements, contracts of employment and company handbooks
  • Advising on a number of day to day employment issues including; the impact of Working Time Regulations, whistle blowing, wrongful dismissal, family friend policies, breach of contract and statutory dismissal and disciplinary grievance procedures
