Lindsey acts for employers and senior employees and advises on all aspects of employment law - both contentious and non contentious. Her areas of expertise include:
Advising on Recruitment Law including advising on the status of temporary workers and drafting terms and conditions of engagement and business for employment agencies and businesses
Advising on company reorganisations and redundancy

Advising and negotiating on senior executive terminations and drafting severance agreements
Advising in relation to the enforceability of restrictive covenants - both pursuing and defending high court injunctions

Drafting service agreements, contracts of employment and company handbooks
Advising on a number of day to day employment issues including; the impact of Working Time Regulations, whistle blowing, wrongful dismissal, family friend policies, breach of contract and statutory dismissal and disciplinary grievance procedures

A member of the Employment Lawyers Association, Lindsey regularly lectures to clients and other professional organisations and provides tailored in-house training.
