JMW's Loyalty Card to the Rescue

A Manchester law firm's new loyalty card for clients and staff brought huge relief for one of its employees.

Susan Blakey, a secretary at JMW, lost her purse while waiting for a tram home, but a Good Samaritan who found it managed to track her down and return it - thanks to her loyalty card.

She said: “My purse fell out of my bag as I took out my phone out, and it was only on the way home on the tram that I realised it was missing. It contained all my credit cards and I was panicking.
