JMW Advise on Acquisition of Noble Health and Safety

Manchester law firm JMW Solicitors LLP have advised environmental consultancy specialists REC Group on the acquisition of Noble Health and Safety.

Corporate Partner Scott Sands led a team from JMW who advised REC on their acquisition of Noble Health and Safety Consultancy Limited, a leading specialist provider of health and safety and asbestos consultancy and training services. Together with REC's existing environmental compliance and consultancy businesses it will enable the enlarged group to provide clients with an expanded range of services.
