JMW Advise on Cabbage Hall Acquisition

Manchester law firm JMW Solicitors LLP have advised awarding winning Chef Robert Kisby on the acquisition of gastro pub the Cabbage Hall Inn in Little Budworth, Cheshire.

Corporate Partner Scott Sands and David Williams, a commercial property solicitor, led a team from JMW who advised Robert Kisby's company Pointy Limited (now Cabbage Hall Limited) on the acquisition of the Cabbage Hall Inn from Francis Carroll. Robert is well-known on the Manchester food scene and has previously worked at Le Mont, The Bridgewater Hall and the Yang Sing Oriental Hotel.  Cabbage Hall was re-launched by Robert on Monday and it is expected that the gastro pub will be a showcase for local produce.
