JMW Advises on National Money Helpline Investor Buyout

Manchester law firm JMW Solicitors LLP have advised National Money Helpline on its management buyout.

JMW's corporate team, led by Partner Scott Sands, advised Directors Carl and Clare Stott on the buyout for an undisclosed sum from accountancy firm Grant Thornton.

Established four years ago, National Money Helpline provides advice and guidance to individuals across the UK with debt problems or other financial worries.
