JMW’s Regulation Team Motor on with Two New Recruits

Full service law firm JMW Solicitors LLP has strengthened its Business Crime & Regulation team with the appointment of a new partner and solicitor.

Chris Proctor joins JMW’s Regulation team as a partner after spending over six years at Geoffrey Miller Solicitors where he was also a partner. Chris will specialise solely in motoring defence work and will spearhead JMW’s motoring work. He has extensive experience of mounting technical defences for the whole array of criminal motoring allegations and has been involved in establishing and exploiting new ‘loopholes’ in the law.

Laura Hadzik joins JMW as a Solicitor from Chester based Aaron & Partners where she worked in their Road Transport and Regulatory department for the past four years. Laura specialises in road transport and regulatory law, advising commercial vehicle operators, professional drivers and private motorists on all aspects of road transport law.
