Andrew, who joined JMW as Partner in June 2009, is the Head of the Commercial Litigation Department. Prior to joining JMW, Andrew practised at Irwin Mitchell and DLA Piper.
Andrew has a broad knowledge across all areas of commercial litigation and advises on the resolution of a wide range of commercial disputes, utilising court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes. His particular areas of expertise include disputes within companies and partnerships, breaches of warranty, joint ventures, franchises, distributorships, agency, negligence, construction, insurance, sale and supply of goods and services and asset recovery.
Andrew's emphasis on a methodical and pragmatic approach, tailored to the specific circumstances of any dispute, coupled with his undoubted commitment; ensure that he always achieves the best results. This approach together with his strong understanding of the law and ability to get to grips with the most complex of commercial disputes ensures that his clients' commercial and legal objectives are always met.
