Chris joined the corporate department of JMW as a partner in September 2008 from boutique corporate finance firm Heatons LLP.
Chris has advised clients on a broad range of corporate transactions and general corporate and commercial matters. His specialisms include private company acquisitions and disposals, MBOs and MBIs, restructurings, demergers, refinancings, joint ventures and private equity transactions.
