Rachel joined JMW in April 2024 as a Solicitor in the Employment Team.
Rachel graduated from University of Leeds with a 2.1 and completed the LPC at Manchester Metropolitan University with a distinction.
Having trained at a regional law firm, Rachel has experience advising on non-contentious matters of employment law, including:
- Advising on redundancy, disciplinary, sickness absences and workplace policies;
- Advising clients in respect of settlement agreements; and
- Supporting corporate transactions and advising on TUPE transfers.
Outside of work Rachel enjoys playing netball and trying out new cuisine.
