Sunil joined JMW in September 2022 as a Solicitor in the Corporate Department.
Sunil has experience in a wide range of Corporate Law matters including:
- Mergers and Acquisitions;
- Bespoke Shareholders Agreements and Articles of Association;
- Employee ownership trusts;
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations; and
- Employee share schemes and incentives.
Sunil graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in Law and gained a Distinction upon completing the LPC at the University of Law, Bloomsbury. Sunil trained and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2021 at a regional practice based in Kent and previously worked as a paralegal in-house at an insurance broker.
In Sunil’s spare time he enjoys all things sport from cricket to boxing to snooker. Sunil is also a member of his local golf club as he tries (unsuccessfully) to become a single figure handicapper.
