The Property Team at JMW deal with the management of large property portfolios owned by their clients throughout the country.
This will involve not only the usual drafting of leases and dealing with licences for alterations and change of use but will also often involve attending upon site with key members of the landlord’s property team and liaising with surveyors as to dilapidations, rent reviews and security of tenure issues.
The Team are also involved in the sale and acquisition of various types of commercial property portfolios on a regular basis.
