JMW Advise Bowdon Investments Group Plc on Acquisition

JMW Solicitors LLP corporate department has advised Cheshire-based private equity firm Bowdon Investments Group Plc on its acquisition of Stockport printer Arthur W Clowes Limited from the administrator.
Stephen Currigan joins the company, having previously spent a number of years working in the printing sector, not least as former company secretary of North West based printers Walkers Mcr Limited.
This is one of a number of deals which Bowden Investments, part owned by serial entrepreneur Saul Loggenberg, has been involved with.
JMW's Head of corporate, Stephen Hadlow commented:
