At JMW we have a long history of attending auctions both on behalf of clients and in the capacity of the official solicitor appointed by the auctioneers themselves.  Our long standing relationship with Pugh & Co, who hold auctions across the North of England, sees JMW attending auctions and processing the substantial amounts of legal paperwork generated on the day.

• Negotiations to purchase auction property “off market” prior to auction

• Representing buyers or sellers at auction

• Acting for auctioneers as the official auction solicitor

• Processing legal documents on the day of the auction
