Stephanie joined JMW in September 2009 as a member of the New Business Unit before working as a paralegal in the Personal Injury department prior to commencing her training contract in September 2010 and qualifying in September 2012.

Stephanie has experience working on a variety of commercial property transactions including:


  • Acting for clients selling under private treaty and purchasing pursuant to option agreements and conditional contracts
  • Acting for developers and investors on a wide range of acquisitions involving single property transactions, investment property portfolios and purchases of strategic land for development and sale to registered social landlords.
  • Acting for land owners in connection with the completion of promotion and option agreements and building licences.


  • Acting for Insolvency Practitioners and clients in connection with the sale of land at auction
  • Acting for commercial Landlords and Tenants on the grant and taking of long and short terms leases respectively in a variety of sectors including retail and office and preparing and completing ancillary documents including agreements for lease, licences to alter and assign and professional team appointments and warranties for development projects.
  • Acting for developers in connection with the completion and negotiation of s.106, s.104 s.38/278 agreements and substation leases with local authorities and electrical companies.


Studied Law at Warwick University and obtained a 2:1 degree in 2008. Completed the LPC at BPP Law School in Manchester with a Distinction in 2009
