JMW we pride ourselves on the fact that our established clients rarely become involved in protracted disputes.  Litigation can be a long and expensive process and, wherever possible, we seek to resolve disagreements amicably by adopting a pragmatic and commercial approach to dispute resolution.

Notwithstanding the above, there are times when legal proceedings are unavoidable, mainly due to either the unwillingness or the financial inability of one of the parties to reach a mutually acceptable settlement.  When such cases do arise, we will strive to achieve the best possible outcome for our client in the shortest time possible, working in conjunction with our litigation department where necessary.
