    Olivia Scates, a JMW partner specialising in cerebral palsy cases and her client Alfie Johnson featured on the Daily Mail website in May 2016 after Olivia secured a seven-figure compensation settlement to cover the cost of his care. Alfie was left with severe cerebral palsy after appalling errors were made during his birth.

    JMW clinical negligence client Brian Dowsett, 75, lost a leg after Dr Hans Raj Yadav failed to diagnose a dangerous blood clot, despite there being glaring warning signs. After taking legal action with JMW, Dr Yadav admitted he acted negligently and a six figure compensation settlement was agreed to fund Brian's future care.
