Chloe Themistocleous 




Chloe Themistocleous joined JMW’s Employment Law Department in June 2012 after qualifying as a Barrister and reading Law at Lancaster University. Chloe graduated with the highest marks in her year on the Bar Professional Training Course and received the Harmsworth Major Scholarship and McMillan Prize from her Inn of Court for her achievements as well as a commendation from the Head of her Bar School.  Chloe went on to obtain a distinction on the Legal Practice Course and subsequently undertook a Training Contract with JMW in order to cross qualify as a Solicitor.

Chloe undertakes a mixed Employment Law practice acting for both Claimants and Respondents conducting Tribunal claims all over the UK for Unfair dismissal and all areas of Discrimination and Whistleblowing. Chloe also undertakes some non contentious advisory work. Chloe is currently involved in a number of high profile redundancy cases where she is acting for large volumes of Claimants. Due to Chloe’s advocacy experience she is able to represent parties throughout the entire Tribunal process and regularly appears at the Tribunal in a variety of Hearings.

Outside work Chloe is a keen netball player and currently plays in the Manchester Young Professionals Netball League. Chloe also enjoys traveling and has recently visited India and Thailand and has also worked abroad in American and Italy during university holidays.
