We offer mediation which is a voluntary process through which couples can work together to resolve all issues in dispute, for example, the future care arrangements for children, settlement of property and other financial questions and the terms of a divorce or separation.

This service is provided and facilitated by our skilled mediator and is often a way in which parents can maintain a more positive relationship for the sake of the children.

We offer this service not only to our own clients but to other law firms with clients who wish to mediate but who do not have the expertise in house.  We work closely with your client and the other party to achieve the best outcome.
