James joined JMW in November 2011. He trained and worked at London's leading family law firm Manches prior to returning home to Manchester in 2007 and joining Pannone to work with the renowned Beth Wilkins.

He has expertise in all aspects of family law but specialises in divorce involving complex financial issues. James has acted for and advised a wide range of clients from teachers, doctors and lawyers through to celebrities and businessmen with personal wealth of over £50m.

James is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in complex financial cases and children law. He has been published in various legal and non-legal publications including the Daily Telegraph, Accountancy Magazine, New Law Journal, The Solicitor’s Gazette, Cheshire Life and EN Insider. James also lectures regularly to other lawyers and professionals.
