Harassment

Such harassment can include being repeatedly photographed or filmed, asked questions, put under surveillance or contacted at your home. 

If there is a course of conduct which amounts to harassment you may have a claim.  In certain circumstances, harassment can also include repeated publications about you. 

The media are subject to codes of conduct and we can liaise with the relevant regulatory bodies on your behalf to ensure they do not harass you in the future.
