Free Will / Discounted Conveyancing Promotion
On acceptance of your personal injury case, JMW will either:
- prepare a free will for you; or
- discount our fees for the sale/purchase of a residential property by 50%.

This offer is only valid for clients who instruct JMW in respect of a personal injury claim in response to this offer and quoting code Willpromo.
On acceptance of a claim, JMW must be able to start work on the will or property sale/purchase within 12 months of our initial instruction.
The terms of your will must be basic and not involve any tax planning advice. JMW will advise at the point of instruction whether your personal circumstances meet this requirement.
The sale/purchase price of the property must not exceed £500,000.
Any disbursements including searches/land registry fees and stamp duty land tax to be met by client in full along with any relevant payments of VAT .For a purchase/sale price above £500,000 terms negotiable
