Case Taken On

The first step in securing your compensation is for you to get in touch with us, be it over the phone or on the internet, have an initial discussion with our team, and decide that you would like to use our services.

After making contact with our team, your case will be passed to a lawyer, who will have a discussion with you about the circumstances of your accident, your injuries and the potential claim you have. You will also be sent some paperwork to sign to get your case started. This paperwork includes a conditional fee agreement (CFA), or ‘no win, no fee’ agreement.

No Win, No Fee Agreement

A no win, no fee or CFA agreement is a common method of running a personal injury case. Although we will work hard and do our very best to get you the compensation you deserve, this ensures that if your claim is not successful, you will not face any charges.  An insurance policy will cover your legal costs. You need not worry if you don’t have specific insurance to cover you for legal expenses. We are able to set up an ATE (After the Event) insurance policy on your behalf to help you cover these costs. However, many home and car insurance policies contain legal expense clauses and these may cover your expenses. We can help you work out how your legal expenses are covered.

Once we receive this paperwork back from you, we can begin to act on your behalf.
