Why did you join JMW?

Through my work experiences and the various open days I attended, it did not take me long to realise that I was better suited for a medium-sized firm with a vibrant and friendly atmosphere. I applied to JMW mainly as a result of ‘Word of Mouth’. I was fortunate enough to get in conversations with trainees who were currently within the firm or had undertaken a secondment with the firm and they all had good testimonies. On the day of my interview, I knew straight away that if I got offered a position within the firm, I would take it. The atmosphere was and is so naturally friendly and from the interview discussions, I could feel that the firm was a good fit for me.
