Jessica qualified as a Solicitor in JMW’s Corporate team in September 2023. Jessica has experience assisting with a range of corporate matters including, acquisitions and disposals, corporate governance matters and reorganisations.
Jessica joined JMW in August 2017 after completing the Legal Practice Course. Prior to qualification, Jessica spent over 3 years in the Real Estate Finance department at JMW, advising lenders in respect of their security relating to purchases, refinances and development, secured over a wide range of commercial and residential property.
Outside of work Jessica enjoys travelling, eating out with friends and family and long distance running.
