Conveyancing Customer Services Team

We have a new vacancy for our Customer Services team within the Residential Conveyancing Department.

Job description

  1. Telephony role based in a fast and competitive customer service team;
  2. To be the primary contact for clients telephone and email enquiries;
  3. Be able to provide updates to clients, estate agents and brokers using the firm’s case manager system;
  4. To take client card payments;
  5. To handle complaints and escalate to the appropriate supervisor;
  6. The ability to multi-task.

Person specification

  1. Must have telephone customer service based experience.
  2. Must have excellent customer service skills, including professional and friendly manner;
  3. Be client focused and look to provide the best possible experience for the client;
  4. The ability to follow instructions; and work to deadlines;
  5. Must have the ability to problem solve and be initiative led;
  6. Be trustworthy and reliable;
  7. Be a team player;
  8. Good IT skills with attention to detail.
