Jemini Gova

Jemini joined the Real Estate Residential Team as an Associate in March 2022, and has been qualified since 2017.

She deals with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters including:

• Sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, including at auction;
• Transfer of equity and equity release
• Remortgages; and
• Acting for first time buyers, Help to Buy and Shared Ownership.

Jemini graduated from University of Hertfordshire with a first class degree and holds a Masters of Law from the University of Law in Moorgate. She trained in West London and then went on to work at a well-established firm in Reading for several years, with her sole focus being all aspects of residential conveyancing.

Jemini ensures that her client care is at the forefront of every transaction and offers up to date legal knowledge which individuals can rely on in the course of their matters.

In her spare time, Jemini is a School Governor for a Primary School in West London and she is trained in providing beauty services.
