JMW Solicitors LLP has been appointed to the Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) legal panel.

HTB is a leading specialist bank that provides specialist business finance, specialist mortgages and development finance solutions to UK borrowers. It also provides savings accounts to individuals and businesses.

JMW is the latest addition to HTB’s select panel of legal specialists. JMW will be primarily involved in acting for HTB in connection with its real estate finance transactions.

 Helen Johnston is based in JMW’s London office, where the firm has enjoyed a sustained period of growth despite challenging market conditions. JMW Solicitors is ranked 74 in The Lawyer’s “UK 200: The Top 100” for 2020, moving up nine places. The listing confirms that JMW posted the largest organic growth in the 51-100 tier, increasing revenues from £38.3m in 2019 to £47.6m this year. The London office contributed £5.1m to that growth.
