Business Crime and Regulation

Grace joined JMW as a Paralegal in the Business Crime and Regulation department in August 2017.

As well as assisting the general needs of the Business Crime Department, Grace works primarily with Derek Millard-Smith on the matters associated with BPA Lawline and conducting extensive research into the current issues concerning Parking law and Planning.

Before joining JMW, Grace worked as a paralegal at a local firm where she gained experience dealing with Road Traffic Offences. This involved assessing and preparing a client’s case prior to their Court hearing.

Grace is currently studying for the LPC part time, having previously achieved a commendation in her GDL and a 2:1 in her undergraduate degree in History. Her dissertation focused on women in Renaissance Florence. Grace was also the publicity officer for the Law4NonLaw society whilst at university.

Outside of work Grace enjoys travel, box sets and brunch.
