Rob joined JMW in July 2022 as an Associate in the Corporate Department.
Rob advises buyers and sellers on acquisitions and disposals of both shares and assets, with particular specialism within the healthcare sector principally pharmacy, dental and optometry and supports clients with the regulatory aspects associated with such deals.
Rob also advises on a wider range of matters including:
- business start-ups;
- group restructures;
- debt and equity refinances;
- MBOs;
- share option schemes;
- shareholders and partnership agreements; and
- company dissolutions.
Rob graduated from the University of Keele in 2014 with a degree in Law and completed his LPC at the University of West England before qualifying in 2018.
Outside of work Rob enjoys playing golf, when the weather permits, and rugby.
