Will joined JMW in April 2021 in the Real Estate Commercial Department.
Will has experience with a wide range of matters relating to the acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial real estate and has extensive asset management experience having advised some large household name clients on their large property portfolios.
In particular, Will specialises in the following:
- Sales and acquisitions, specifically in the sectors of retail, leisure and healthcare;
- Complex lease transactions including turnover rent and Covid provisions, having acted for occupier clients at the forefront of the retail sector;
- Varying development projects involving complex conditionality;
- Local authority and transport sector experience;
Will worked at Integrated Dental Holdings as an in-house property solicitor before moving to DWF as an Associate in their Real Estate Department.
Outside of work Will enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, football, golf, hiking and running.
