Law firm JMW Solicitors has advised Blueoak Estates on its latest land acquisition in Alpraham, Cheshire, in a deal that paves the way for a new development of 20 luxury family homes.

Blueoak Estates is a developer of luxury, sustainable homes across the North West. This latest scheme follows a recent deal that will see 21 new homes developed at its St Michael’s Park development; the first in Cheshire West and Chester to meet enhanced environmental standards.

The new scheme, Tollemache Green, will deliver up to 20 individually-designed family properties alongside a range of new community facilities including a pavilion and open space, plus a new village hall and a children’s play area.

Each home will include underfloor heating, superfast broadband, an electric car charging port, bespoke kitchen designs and landscaping to the front.
