Ella is an Associate in the Real Estate Finance Department at JMW Solicitors having joined the firm in August 2019.
Ella completed her training at a firm which specialises in acting for lenders in a range of property transactions and has particular experience in:
- Secured lending to companies and individuals
- Dealing with redemptions
- Development loans
Having worked closely with a large national lending company in her previous firm, Ella has a great understanding and focus on clients’ needs and requirements throughout the lending process.
Ella graduated from Nottingham Trent University with First Class Honours in Law and obtained a Distinction in her LPC at the University of Law Manchester.
In her spare time Ella enjoys travelling, live music and singing.
