Jan joined JMW in April 2021 as a newly qualified Solicitor in the Real Estate Finance Team.
Jan has experience in a wide range of property matters including:
- Purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties
- Secured long and short term lending to companies and individuals
- Shared ownerships
- New Builds
- Right to Buy transactions
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
Jan acts for both the Lenders and Clients in a variety of transactions and is committed to delivering the best possible service.
Prior to joining JMW Jan worked at Gorvins Solicitors where he completed his training contract.
Jan’s main interest outside of work is Formula 1.
