Martin is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance Department and is based in the firm’s London office.
Martin has experience of a range of financial products and transaction structures, in both the UK and international markets. This experience includes:
- banking and corporate lending for both private and public sector clients;
- sales finance;
- derivatives and treasury products; and
- portfolio review and securitisation.
Martin trained and qualified at Squire Patton Boggs LLP, where he worked for 7 years. He subsequently joined Barclays Bank PLC as senior inhouse counsel for 7 years. Prior to joining JMW, Martin was an employee of the Government Legal Department advising on, amongst other things, the Government’s student loan portfolio and products.
