Employees of Betta Living Urged to Contact JMW’s Employment Team Following Recent Administration Announcement
The employment team at Manchester-based law firm JMW Solicitors LLP has urged employees of bedroom and kitchen furniture retailer Betta Living to contact them regarding the company's administration announcement. The announcement has resulted in 24 stores ceasing trade and 300 employees facing redundancy across the country.
Betta Living filed for administration after struggling to cope with rising occupational costs following rapid expansion over the last few years. FRP Advisory is in charge of the company's administration process and employees requiring legal advice are advised to contact the team at JMW to discuss the options available to them at this distressing time.
JMW has handled various similar cases, including successfully overseeing and representing employees of City Link at their employment tribunal in April 2016.
