Katie joined JMW in May 2018 as a Solicitor in the Family department.
Katie qualified in March 2014 at a niche Manchester firm specialising in Insurance litigation before moving to DWF in October of that year. Having had a keen interest in Family law since university, Katie transferred into the Family department at DWF in 2017.
Katie deals with a range of Family Law matters including divorce and associated financial matters and disputes regarding children. Katie is empathetic and maintains a commercial awareness when advising clients.
Katie graduated from the Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in Law with Honours and also completed her LPC there. Katie is a member of Resolution.
Outside of work Katie is a keen baker and also enjoys developing her photography skills. She enjoys Yoga and ballet and recently completed the couch to 5k running challenge.
