In August 2015 Mr K went on a package holiday with Expedia to Egypt and as a result of the food and drink consumed at the hotel he suffered salmonella poisoning which caused symptoms of gastric illness.
In July 2019 Mr N was on holiday in Poland. He was stopped at a traffic light when the defendant’s vehicle collided with the back of his vehicle. As a result of the accident he developed a soft tissue injury to his neck, upper back and shoulders.
Mrs T was the passenger in a hire car during a holiday to Spain when the drive entered the opposite carriageway and caused a head on collision. Mrs T sustained multiple serious injuries including a wrist fracture and internal injuries which required emergency surgery.
Mrs J was returning from a foreign holiday and, as she had difficulty walking, had requested assistance when getting on and off the aeroplane. On arriving at the airport, she was not assisted disembarking from the plane. She stumbled part-way down the stairs, jarring her back and shoulder, and hurting her leg.
Mr S was on a package holiday in Turkey with his family when he slipped and fell down stairs. Mr S fractured a bone in his wrist and damaged the cartilage, and decided to make a claim. He was put in touch with JMW Solicitors where our dedicated holiday team handled his claim.
