Job Title: Paralegal
Kayleigh graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2015 with a First Class Honours degree in Law, where she achieved numerous awards for obtaining the highest grades in her year group. After working for defendant firm, Clyde & Co Solicitors, Kayleigh then joined the JMW team in November 2016. At JMW, Kayleigh assists on large loss, serious and catastrophic injury claims, working on numerous key files.
Outside of work Kayleigh enjoys volunteering for her local charity, Wigan and Leigh Hospice, where she helps organise and run events. She took part in a charity sky dive for the Hospice in 2015 raising over £600 for this very worthy cause.
In her spare time, Kayleigh enjoys attending her local gym, travelling wherever and whenever possible and spending time with her sausage dog, Dobby. She also enjoys baking new treats for her family and friends and attending ‘book club’ with her two best friends, which usually results in eating and drinking too much!
Why did you join JMW?
JMW is a firm where client and employee satisfaction is at its heart. The friendly and welcoming nature of the firm, along with their dedication and passion for their work and clients, is something I wanted to be part of.
The involvement in the local community, the various charities events, the forward thinking and innovative approach, demonstrates that JMW is more than just your average ‘law firm’.
I believe that at JMW I will be encouraged to get the best out of myself, something I’m already starting to see with some of the opportunities that I have been given to get truly involved in cases and build upon my experience and knowledge.

Joe Wicks, definitely. All his food looks amazing, as well as being healthy! Plus if he shouts ‘midget trees’ in real life whilst cooking, I’m sure it would be a laugh.

My sausage dog Dobby, he’s adorable!
