Hannah joined JMW in June 2019 as a paralegal in the Risk and Compliance team. Following completion of her Training Contract in September 2023, she qualified into the Commercial Litigation team, specialising in Property Litigation.

As part of her role within Property Litigation she will be specialising in a wide range of property matters including:

• Possession claim;
• Landlord and tenant disputes;
• Forfeiture;
• Breach of contract;
• Right of first refusal (Landlord and Tenant 1987);
• Breach of lease; and
• Lease extensions

Hannah graduated from Law at Newcastle University in 2018, before going on to complete her LPC in Manchester in 2019.

As a trainee Hannah was Chair of Manchester Trainee Solicitor Group for two years, and following qualification has continued with her work Manchester Law Society as part of the Education and Civil Litigation committees.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys trying out new food and drink spots in Manchester. She also enjoys travelling and has recently taken up Reformer Pilates.
