Complaints should be raised in the first instance with the lawyer dealing with your matter, who will endeavour to resolve your concerns quickly. If you remain dissatisfied, please contact the head of department.
For those cases where we cannot immediately resolve your concerns, we operate an internal complaints procedure which is available to download here.
