Kathryn Ferrari
Kathryn joined JMW in May 2017 as a Paralegal in the Clinical Negligence department, working on high value brain and spinal cord injury cases. She commenced her training contract with the firm in September 2020.
Prior to this, Kathryn graduated from the University of Chester with a 2.1 law degree. She then went on to study the LPC with Masters at the University of Law in Leeds. Whilst undertaking her studies, Kathryn was involved in various pro-bono activities and, towards the end of her LPC. LLM, she started working as a paralegal in the clinical negligence department of Slater and Gordon Lawyers.
Kathryn is a member of JMW’s CSR committee and has taken part in various activities raising money for charities including the Snowdon Push for BackUp Trust, the Yorkshire Three Peaks for Disabilities Trust and The Bobath Centre, and most recently, a Skydive for the Alzheimer’s Society.
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys baking, indoor bouldering and hiking, having recently climbed the national three peaks in less than 24 hours. Kathryn also volunteers as an explorer scout leader.
