How did you first start working in Law?
It all began with vacation schemes and volunteering roles. After university I found employment with the Citizens Advice Bureau which gave me valuable day-to-day experience whilst I completed my LPC. After the LPC I obtained a paralegal role before undertaking my training contract.
What is your favourite thing about working in Law?
The challenges and the variety of work you experience every day. No two days are the same and each day brings a new challenge, which keeps things interesting. It's particularly satisfying when you achieve a favourable outcome on a challenging case.
If you didn't work in Law what would you do?
I would enjoy being a sports journalist. Travelling the country and the world to cover all the top sporting events.
What's the one thing you can't live without?
Who inspires you? (personally or professionally)
If you were a superhero, what superpower would you have?
The ability to control the weather. Particularly useful living in the North West.
