The Renters Rights Act is now a reality with the first phase of reforms in force.

Landlords and agents are facing a new landscape of tenancy management. We are delighted to invite you to our breakfast seminar held by our London Property Litigation Team.

We will cover the key changes that have happened so far, including Q1,Q2 and Q3 statistics and how the courts are really handling the new regime. We will also cover the trickier possession grounds, namely ground 1 and 1A, and what is coming next, namely the introduction of the Private Rented Sector Database and the PRS Ombudsman.
