Gulbahar joined JMW in March 2021 as a Paralegal for the Real Estate Commercial Department. She started her Training Contract in September 2023, having gained extensive experience in Real Estate matters, including residential, commercial and finance matters.
Gulbahar graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a law degree in 2016 and has completed her LPC at University of Law in London. Amongst her chosen electives were Commercial Law and Advanced Real Estate.
Whilst working in the Real Estate Commercial department, Gulbahar has assisted in various matters representing real estate developers, investors and portfolio landlords in relation to acquisitions, disposals, leases and refinancing of both commercial and residential premises.
Outside of work Gulbahar enjoys photography, music and spending quality time with her loved ones.
