In this webinar, we will provide practical guidance on the key considerations and options for employers to consider when dealing with workplace issues during the pandemic.
Employers are getting to grips with a dramatically changed landscape where many employees are either working from home; attending the workplace but following government guidance on social distancing or not working at all having been furloughed. However, employment issues continue to arise or resurface, leaving many employers struggling to deal with problematic grievances or disciplinary proceedings, both remotely and in person.
We will provide some top tips for handling such processes successfully and the pitfalls to watch out for. Following this, we will briefly discuss important employment law changes to consider going into 2021.
There will be an opportunity for attendees to engage in a Q&A session with the hosts at the end.
Our workshop is aimed at business owners and HR or those responsible for employee health and wellbeing, in addition to in-house lawyers.
