Thursday, 15 October, 2020 - 12:45pm

Having the right culture will help attract the best and the brightest, and encourage achievers to stay, to grow and develop. More today than ever, having the right culture is seen as a critical key to business success and organisational harmony.

Our Speakers

Miles from Milestones will delve into over 15 years of CEO, business advisory and NED experience in the staffing and recruiting sector to pick out the key learnings around gaining understanding of business cultures, how to change, evolve & develop performance cultures and the importance of maintaining the right culture and ensuring culture fit for growth.
Alan Rommel will be giving valuable insights and share knowledge on the lessons he and the business learned having taken Parity on a successful 15 year journey, where building the business and having a winning culture were symbiotic to its success. Having performed in both COO and CEO role at divisional and group plc level with Parity, Alan is well placed to discuss and debate what’s needed to drive sustainable success.
Paul Chamberlain and Simon Bloch of JMW, will also provide a legal insight on achieving and maintaining the right culture in your organisation. Paul and Simon will consider how from an employment law perspective you take employees on that journey with you, how that is communicated and effectively managed. Legal issues that will be considered are effective contractual documentation, performance management, rewarding value and performance and restrictive covenants. Paul and Simon together have over 35 years of legal experience, and work with all the main trade bodies and associations in the recruitment and staffing sector. They will be able to share their views and experiences of this from being at the cutting edge of working in the sector.
