JMW strengthens employment team with new partner hire

JMW Solicitors LLP has appointed Suzanne Staunton as a partner in its Employment team in London. Prior to working in private practice, Suzanne spent many years at the independent bar, giving her a unique perspective for clients throughout the litigation process.

Suzanne works closely with Legal Counsel, Employment Counsel and Human Resources staff members, high net worth individuals and executives on a range of employment law issues. These include people / employee relation issues, from grievances and disciplinary hearings, managing or assisting employees with protected characteristics, such as disabilities, to advising on the enforceability of restrictive covenants.

JMW Solicitors is ranked 74 in The Lawyer’s “UK 200: The Top 100” for 2020, moving up nine places. The listing confirms that JMW posted the largest organic growth in the 51-100 tier, increasing revenues from £38.3m in 2019 to £47.6m this year. The London office contributed £5.1m to that growth.
